About me

Verena Düball

Yogini, adventurer, surfer, nature lover and much more…

Exercise has always been a big part of my life. I have always been very keen on movement. And so I turned my passion into a profession. I studied sports science and completed a one-year yoga teacher training course in Leipzig in 2020. I became more and more interested in the human body and developed a more holistic view of human health. Today I love to pass on to other people what I use and work for myself. In my current Master’s degree in Sport & Nutrition, I am not only deepening my knowledge of sport and exercise science, but also expanding it with nutritional science topics in order to cover all the pillars of health.

A huge part of my life is traveling, meeting people, being inspired by new cultures and surpassing myself. I have already traveled to 30 countries, always with my yoga mat in my luggage. I have taught yoga on the beach in Nicaragua, in the Australian rainforest and on the rooftops of Marrakko. I like to integrate my passion for surfing and nature into my practice. A strong core and balance, together with endurance, patience and acceptance. These are qualities that not only help you find your center, serenity and positivity on the surfboard and yoga mat, but above all in everyday life.

It’s not about self-optimization, but about recognizing that everything is already within you.

I have been passionately moving people for more than 3 years now. From the experience of my own continuous practice, scientific sports studies and teaching, I have created my authentic and multi-layered form of teaching. My goal is to help people with small tips and tricks to a healthier lifestyle and to support them on their own path to get more in touch with themselves and nature. With my work, I want to encourage people to unleash their power and abilities to create a more self-determined, mindful and healthy life. A big part of my work is also to get in touch, inspire and be inspired. Because I am a teacher and always a student at the same time.
