Yoga classes:

Whether it’s yoga in a group format, individual lessons or as a moving break for your company. I like to create creative and varied classes and make people sweat in flowing Vinyasa classes or activating and powerful sessions. But the balance has to be right, so gentle and regenerating sessions are also important. In addition to the physical work, I always integrate mindfulness practices, breathing techniques and mediation. An important part of my practice is the theory of the elements and the qualities that earth, water, fire and air bring with them. You are welcome to try a session with me!

I love good food and cooking and would love to show you that health eating can be simple and enjoyable. I am happy to help you find your way to a healthier diet with little tips and tricks. Without forbidding anything or making you feel guilty. In the sessions together, we will talk about your eating style or create healthy and delicious meals together, according to your preferences. Personal training and nutritional advice can be perfectly combined.
